TALYA PETRILLO

I like long walks on the beach, touching plants, and my chihuahua, Russell.  I like the way Windex smells, and I love the way my grandmother, Tülin, creates macramé sleeves to decorate mundane objects in her house. This includes, but is not in any way limited to: her 5 gallon water cooler, her iPad, surplus toilet-paper rolls and her hamper (I'm pretty sure).  I often make things that sarcastically confront banality and troubling subjective anecdotes. If I notice a numerical pattern in any of my behaivors, I make sure they're repeated in odd numbers.  I'm not really into grape flavored anything, except for grapes. I'm a Carnegie Mellon University 2020 MFA Candidate. I'm allergic to fish.
